Restaurant Description: 360 is a progressive fine dining concept, focused around an ever-changing menu. The menu is written up to seven times a week, dictated by the freshest available seafood, meat, game, and produce. Our seafood, the highest quality and freshest in Nashville, is flown in overnight and goes on the menu that day. The menu is farm-driven and made-from-scratch, and executed by one of Nashville's best chefs, Josh Weekley. In addition to Weekley's food, 360 offers over fifty wines by the glass, along with a special reserve list culminating in over 900 selections, second most in Tennessee. There is also a signature cocktail menu featuring classic and seasonal drinks, an extensive collection of premium hard to find liquors, and a selection of imported and domestic beers.Continued

  • "Each time we have eaten at 360 Bistro, the menu has been interesting, the cooking excellent, the wine very good, and the staff friendly and helpful. The kitchen and staff are detail oriented and the experience benefits: even the olives in your martini are a cut above. Can't say much for the view from the dining area and, if this worthy restaurant finds it hard to succeed, it will be its location that is most harmful. It is just a bit pricey to qualify as a go-to weekly, neighborhood restaurant and I hope that there are enough willing to make the trek to keep it open and serving such excellent food."

We dine here regularly and have never had a bad experience. This place is the epitome of excellence. The menu and wine list are fabulous. The best part are the specials. I would highly recommend this place to others."

  • "Sat at the bar, which was full to the brim. Restaurant has an upscale vibe matched by nicely dressed customers. Limited menu but some interesting offerings. Great wine list accessed via an ipad. Salmon was very good although carmelized brussell sprouts tasted burnt Calamari good but there were a lot of tentacles and a surprising number of fried vegetables that made the dish appear to be more generous than it was. We gave the food a lower rating because of these things. Pricey too. Obviously a place mostly inhabited by "well-heeled" Belle Meade-ites."

  • "We greatly enjoyed our dinner here on Saturday. We ordered two appetizers--mussels and shrimp tempura--and both dishes were excellent. And while hamburgers may not be the first thought for dinners at most higher-end restaurants, 360's is made with Waygu beef, and it's easily among the best we've had--anywhere. Our service was perfect: attentive--not intrusive or rushed--and very pleasant. 360 has a somewhat limited menu and tends to be a bit expensive without a coupon, which we had, and they made using it a breeze. For us, it was a relaxing and comfortable night--clearly, a neighborhood gem."

My wife and I had the crab cakes to start and they were fantastic, usually places give you a ton of filling and not a lot of crab, but these were some of the best I have had. I had the Tri Tip with roasted Bone marrow and she had the Snapper, and our server paired the perfect wines to go with our dinner. Excellent job and we look forward to our next visit."

  • "We had dinner on Valentine's Day, expecting a quiet dinner, enjoying the food and wine we have experienced at this restaurant in the past. We were seated next to a large group of two tables of out-of-town school superintendents from Louisiana who were meeting each other for the first time and were very animated. I think they were very nice people, but clearly should have been placed in a private room so that the other diners in the room could have enjoyed what they would expect for such an occasion. I would expect this in a sports bar -- not a "fine dining restaurant"."

  • "I am a recent graduate out of college. I went to 360 Bistro for Valentine's Day, but the Saturday of that weekend. The food was spectacular. The waitress was very knowledgable and gave great recommendations on food and drinks. I was amazed that the wine list and drink lists were given to us on an IPad. That was very impressive. The appetizer we ordered was very fast to our table and the food came almost just as fast. My date and I ordered an appetizer Entrees and dessert and we loved everything. Everything had so much flavor and was perfectly cooked. Best restaurant experience I have ever had. Kepp up the great work!"

  • "Bistro 360 is a little hidden gem in Belle Meade that offers designer meals in a familiar, neighborhood setting. As an appetizer, my husband and I enjoyed three different kinds of mushrooms cooked in truffle oil and served en papillote. My entree was a moist and generous piece of salmon placed on a bed of fresh red beans and parsley. The other entree was medium rare ahi tuna combined with bok choy, cellophane noodles and sliced chili peppers. Dessert was molten chocolate cake alongside a coffee gelato scoop. Our server was extremely solicitous and the entire dining experience was pleasurable. We were celebrating Valentine's Day and we will definitely be back for more occasions!"

  • "My husband and I always go to this restaurant because the service is wonderful, everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy yet cool, and the food is great. We decided to spend Valentine's Day there this year getting their four course menu. So happy we did! By far the best four course meal we've ever experienced. Even more so because they completely accommodated my food allergies, which most places don't with preset menus. It was a perfect experience."

  • "360 has changed. One of our favorites for food, service and all around experiences, it disappointed this time. Service was just awful. We sat and were given menus and it seemed that the entire room immediately filled with patrons, all of whom were getting drinks and wine and starters and we were just sitting with our menus, while we watched a number of servers line up against a wall chatting. Finally, flagging down someone for drinks, which came 10 minutes later, apologetically. We were told they would "take care of these" for the inconvenience and we thought we were back on track. They didn't on the final bill. Two of us ordered a dish asking for the bacon to be taken off--it wasn't. Food not spectacular. We want the old 360 back please."

One other diner had the chicken dish, which was perfect. 360 is a wonderful, well run dining spot on the West side that is the best restaurant in the neighborhood by far.   • "I have tried to eat at this restaurant more than once. However, the food just does not hit the mark. The fried lemons in the calamari were an unpleasant bitter taste. The stuffed chicken breast that I ordered had NO stuffing in it at all. I kept eating thinking that I would find it sooner or later, finally told manager that I found none. He did take it back to kitchen and a replacement was sent for me to take home. Compensated with a free dessert. I would have rather enjoyed my meal on spot and paid for my entire meal. Tables are arranged so that servers have to bump chairs each time they pass to the table behind."

The staff gave us great attention and service was second to none. The food was so delicious and the menu had so many things we couldn't decide. Luckily, our waitress knew just what to do and we had a fantastic meal. My wife and I will definitely be back, much sooner than later."

  • "I hadn't been to this restaurant in several years. Went with a date and the food was VERY good. Everything was well prepared, well presented and very tasty. It is a little expensive for a high end eatery by Nashville standards -- with one glass of wine each, 1 appetizer, 1 entree each, 1 desert and coffee it was $140 for two out the door. On balance though, very high quality. Just not in the best location for much of anything afterwards."
