  • "Our waiter was attentive and charming. Had requested outdoor seating for 3; table was in best location: shady, far from music, space. Trip Advisor said to stick with sandwiches. One had Fish and Chips for $15. A HUGE piece of very tasty fish, lightly breaded. Large portion of Fries; small cup of slaw. My veggie sandwich was decent but not great. Lots of mushrooms but not enough other veggies, tiny amount of cheese on top and a thin slice of marble rye underneath. Fries came very well done as requested. For $11 a good value in the heart of Park Ave. Third person had the Steak and cheese sandwich for $15. Probably the least good value. Steak hard to eat without cutting it; rather fatty and tough. We didn't have dessert or drinks."

  • "I visit both 310's on a regular basis. This was the first time I've had to send anything back. My steak was not cooked correctly and when I asked for a new one I was given the same steak cooked even more than I liked. The waitress must have been I a hurry to go home cause the look on her face when I asked for a new steak was as if it was the worst day ever. That experience won't keep me away but it did sway mybtwobfriebds to come back and try this restaurant agai"

  • "Our multigenerational family group of five had a lovely Sunday evening dinner at 310 Park South. Our waiter was attentive, good humored, and kind when our elders had difficulty hearing to order. The noise level made conversation difficult, but was the only drawback. We enjoyed delicious appetizers, salads (the half-size was still huge!), steaks, and chicken accompanied by savory fresh vegetables. Even our 9-year-old gobbled up her "yummy" burger. Next time we are in Winter Park, we will return."

  • "Three Ten Park South is one of our Favorite Restaurants, It's a place where we usually try the specials because the kitchen there is fantastic and the flavor combinations they come up with are a treat. My wife has a food allergy and they have been very accommodating as well as knowledgeable in suggesting alternates. The Wait staff is very good at being very attentive yet not intrusive."

  • "Nice menu for every budget from a $10 hamburger to a $30 steak. I had the chicken roulade with gorgonzola, red pepper and spinach stuffing in a cream sauce, the cheese somewhat overwhelmed the other flavors. The blackened chicken pasta was excellent, a large portion. The bruschetta appetizer was very good was was the chocolate toffee mousse, more of a pudding than a mousse, but very tasty and not too big. Peroni draft was on HH for my husband and I tried a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and a Vouvray, both very good and priced reasonably. Good wine selection by the glass. Our server paced the meal perfectly. It is a casual atmosphere, think "high end pub". We did sit inside but it was open to the street for people watching on Park Avenue."

  • "I had eaten at this restaurant with a museum group in January. The food and service for 51 people was outstanding. I was determined to bring my best friend who was visiting from Massachusetts. We arrived in the middle of the Art Festival about which we knew nothing. Our table was perfectly poised near the doors but under a/c and fans so we were very comfortable. Our waitress was informative, attentive and very nice in spite of the hordes crowding the restaurant. The wine list is extensive and features some well-priced, nice wines. Crab cakes and Italian Cream cake were the highlights as we both make these items ourselves. We were impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. I can't wait to go it: well worth the drive from Ocala, FL."

  • "After booking on Open Table, the restaurant called to confirm (always nice) and I asked for a good table as it was my friend's birthday. I was advised that it was Rollins Alumni weekend and it would be very busy. But they reserved a great table for us and it was so appreciated. Service was very good and not intrusive. All the food was very good - especially the crab cakes and bruschetta! Two people ordered the red snapper special which was good but not outstanding only because there needed to be a sauce or something more made with the cranberry compote (?) put on the fish. The asparagus was perfect! The fish was cooked perfectly, just a little more moisture needed. The Kobe steak combo and fish and chips both went over well."

  • "Great place to eat and you can even bring your dog!! Food was great, the open feel of the restaurant made you feel as if you were dining outside when you were still covered. Very enjoyable!! :)"

  • "We had a table for 10 and our waitress made us feel very comfortable. Everyone's food was delicious. The restaurant is in the heart of Park Ave in Winter Park. Can't wait to come back."

  • "My husband and I went to 301 Park South for a date night. We had never been there before. We sat outside, which was nice, but some of the restaurants on Park Ave are better suited for outdoor sitting because they are further away from Fairbanks. It seemed that the traffic was a bit heavier at this location. The service was pretty good - no complaints there. The food was just ok. I had the smoked salmon fettuccine and I would not order it again. It didn't taste bad, but it could have been creamier. The salmon was covered in a smoked powder - like a rub. Ok - not awesome. Interestingly, it was our server's "favorite". My husband had a steak sandwich and said it was ok. We prefer other places on Park Ave. Nothing special here."

  • "We had made a reservation for 5 and outside and when got there they gave a table for four. We had to get another chair and told us we could not have our backs to Park Ave after we were all seated, so we all had to shift around and one lady ate on the corner. the hostess said they knew we were coming but sure didn't feel like it. I really like the food and would go back but next time make them give us another table if we only use ONE side of it!!!"

  • "I think my expectations for this restaurant were to high! It appeared that they had added extra tables to accommodate a larger crowd, but that ment the tables were to close and anytime someone walked past the rubbed against ny clothes and hair. The server didn't do a good job of explaining the specials. The sides that he said would be on the food were not there. When question about it he was puzzled and finally said "I think we ran out". Shouldn't we have been given a chance to pick our sides. Especially since we waited over 40 minutes for the entrees. Not a great place for a special occasion. They were not prepared for a large crowd."

  • "Entertaining high school friends from Michigan and was thrilled with service, food choices and quality. All of them commented on their food choices as the best they had ever had. My pasta was perfectly cooked, presented and flavored."

  • "No matter how many times we dine at 310 Park South we always come away with a feeling of satisfaction. The food is always delicious and the service always meets our expectations. Every time we have out-of-town guests visiting 310 is always on the dining out list. They never disappoint!"

  • "My fiancée and I went to dinner at 310 Park South for my birthday dinner and were not impressed. Our server was extremely slow and not personable at all. The food was only average at best. I had the duck and the plum sauce was too sweet and the duck was slightly dry. My fiancee had salmon and she said it wasn't any better than what we get from Publix. The crab cakes we had for an appetizer were the best I've ever had! Then again, they should be for $14 for two very small cakes. Overall, I wouldn't pay half the price to go back, even though it is on beautiful Park Ave."

  • "We booked this restaurant when we realized at the last minute that we would be in the area. The staff was very friendly. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic when the meal took a little longer than expected. It was however, New Year's around 9:30pm, so it is understandable that they were very busy; although many tables were empty (assumably awaiting their reservation). The food was good. I had the duck which was a little dry but good. The fried calamari was bland, but fresh. My son had the pork chop which he enjoyed very much. I would dine here again."

  • "6 people, the dinner and service were above average. My filet mignon was excellent. The menu my wife had seen online had not yet been updated with a recent menu change (it now has) and one of our group was vegan and her choices had disappeared. The chef was accommodating and provided some options. We had an early dinner during the holidays, so there were a couple of loudly upset toddlers in the place. It quieted down later. Everyone had something different and all were well satisfied."

  • "My wife and I and a friend dined at 310 on Friday night at 7:30PM. My OpenTable reservation request to sit outside was honored which was great because it was a very busy night. Maybe because of the diner volume, everything took 15 - 20 minutes longer than usual to get to our table. My linguini with beef and special requested mushrooms came to the table in a big clump with no presentation value whatsoever. It was somewhat tasty but the kitchen was a bit stingy on the mushrooms. The wine selections were priced low to high and the vintage date was listed in the menu - very important as some of the vintages exceeded one hundred dollars. The choices on the menu were adequate but lacked information on what this restaurant is known for."

  • "We were having dinner with my son and his Fiance. This is the first time I had been there. Our waitress was kind, but the service was bad. I usually tip 20% or more depending on service. I will tip 10% if the service is bad. I don't think it was all her fault, because all we ordered were 3 sandwiches and 1 salad with chicken. This took quiete a while to get and then we always had to ask for refills on our drinks. I would not recommend this place even though my salad was great."

  • "The food was very good and our waiter went the extra mile and was genuinely friendly and enjoyable. The service was quick and efficient. We had a wedding rehearsal lunch in Oct with a large party with absolutely no problems and came back in Nov for a b-day celebration and had an equally great time. This is one of my favorite restaurants."

  • "The food has great potential, but the lack of team work between the wait staff means things slip through the cracks. Next, this not a place for quite meal, the ambience is more college bar then restaurant; loud, chaotic and lots of rambunctious types. Like I said the food has great potential, two of the meals were not prepared properly and wasn't able to get them resolved, (see comment about team work) though the wine list is small the pairing possibility is spot on and the costs are reasonable. So if your a twenty something this place would work well for you."

  • "There's always a parade on Park Ave, so it's fun to eat outside. Happy hour features $3 Peroni and $4 house wines. The menu is varied, so you can spend under $15 for a flatbread or sandwich, and $32 for a steak. My grouper and Jim's blackened chicken were perfectly cooked and his pasta in a cream sauce was very tasty. Keep in mind that the sidewalk can be a little busy, so if you want more privacy the inside is very cozy."

Also put in a request because birthday for a person in our party and it is obvious they never looked at request...and it wasnt like they were busy and couldnt get to our request, there was on a few people in the whole place."
