Diner Reviews
  • "My husband and I were there for the first time. We had reservations. We sat immediately and were ignored by the waiter who was supposed to have our table because he had two large parties set to arrive. But they weren't even there yet. Luckily another waiter saw us there waiting for someone and he waited us on. Nice tip for him!"

  • "LOUD crowd at 5pm!! Wedding ceremony outdoors brought crowd indoors in adjoining room for reception. DJ sound system was LOUD and party goers LOUD with screams, hoots and hollering. Regular diners could not enjoy a quiet dinner. Because of large wedding crowd, regular diners got horrible food and service. Would not recommend this place ...wedding party or not. Did Open Table reservation...staff were clueless as to where my reservation was?!?"

  • "Very tasty food, great service and nice outdoor dining with view of Lake Eola. Would definitely dine here again when in town."

  • "Great view of lake ELO also. I have been here numerous times. Always great, inside or out on the patio."

  • "With an ad-hoc Orlando Broadway show to rush to (Evita), we found 310 on Open Table with an open table :-) The service was very friendly and the food was excellent. Although likely better suited for the lunch suits in the corporate towers above it and the local business professional singles, the overall ambiance was even romantic enough for a broadway patron."

  • "This restaurant is in a lovely setting, with relaxed outdoor dining available. The menu is abundant amd the food is good. Flatbreads are delicious. Best duck I've had in along time. Staff is very friendly, helpful and encourages you to relax and enjoy."

  • "Wanting a non-Disney experience, we tried out 310 Lakeside. It has a nice view of Lade Eola, good and friendly service, and a bar vibe. The food was generally good although not notable with the exception of the desserts which were varied and interesting."

  • "The restaurant was a little hard to find... no signage on the Pine St side at all. The food was very good, a little on the pricey side for the type of restaurant. Great view, so so atmosphere, more like a high end bar. Service was spotty and sort of indifferent. All in all the location and the food would get me to try it again."

  • "While in downtown Orlando was looking for a "local" favorite. 310 Lakeside is nested in a larger building with an outdoor patio. The evening's weather was not conducive to patio seating, where the scenic view of Lake Eola I am sure would have been better than the view we didnt have indoors. The food was good, not remarkable. The service was outstanding and made for a very nice experience."

  • "We had dinner on Valentine's day. I think It's a great restaurant although it wasn't very romantic. Maybe because it was a little busy that day. Overall the the food was great, and the service was excellent."

  • "This is our go-to restaurant when we want something good in downtown Orlando. Always fresh, friendly and delish! Thanks guys, we'll see you again soon. :)"

  • "Recently held my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at this location. Service was fantastic - Thanks to Hillary, Jen & Aaron! Food was also excellent - appetizers, Steak, Chicken and fish were all a hit. We returned the day after the wedding with some guests for Brunch and once again we were impressed. Fantastic experience all around!"

  • "Our friends joined us for a very nice low key Valentine's celebration. Our appetizers came quickly. The buffalo chicken bites were rather zesty and spicy, but good and the calamari was lightly fried and tender. Dinner for all of us was very good, served at a perfect temperature. My husband enjoyed his ravioli which were tender and lightly spiced. Our friends ordered the salmon which they both said was tender and mild and tasty. I had the special black grouper which was delicious, mild, but very flavorful served with a veggie medley and broccoli, which I had requested versus the potatoes originally offered. Our server was pleasant and efficient. We will definitely return as this is one of our go to brunch places with company."

  • "310 Lakeside is the perfect combination of ambiance and flavor. Flat screens abound like a sports bar with the service and deliciousness of a 5-star restaurant. Terrific, well-balanced menu with amazing lake views. Can't say enough about the staff and their knowledge and confidence to help you find the right selections. Highly recommended."

  • "My husband and I made reservations on Valentine's Day and arrived a bit early, so we sat at the bar. The bar tender was very polite and we had a couple of drinks. However, we looked around, and saw quite a few tables open, including one directly behind us. We asked the hostess how long the wait would be, but she could not tell us. She just said she'd text us when our table was ready. Needless to say, we got no text and finally found a different hostess (I guess?) who said she'd seat us. Guess where we ended up? The table that had sat empty for a good 30+ minutes directly behind us. The food came out quickly, but it took us well past our reservation time before we ate - we didn't get finished until well after 10 p.m."

  • "I had reservations set for 7:00 pm on Valentine's Day. We arrived a little bit early and got sat immediately. I ordered the surf and turf special and my fiancee ordered the chicken roulade. The food was great. I did order my steak medium - it came out almost medium well; however I tried it, it was delicious. I have no remorse in not sending it back. I had no complaints about the service at all, and I think that is something to note."

  • "Our waiter showed up when we sat down and took our drink order, which he told me they didn't have (they did), it took him around 15 minutes to bring us drinks. We then ordered our app and dinners, which were later brought out by bus boys. In the mean time, the waiter stopped by 20 minutes later to ask if I wanted another drink, then totally forgot to get it. We didn't see the waiter again until he brought us the bill and asked if we wanted dessert. If my steak came prepared wrong (which it thankfully didn't) I would have been out of luck. At the end of the night he said 'thank you for your patience", as though that makes us for no service at all. Upon leaving, we found out that there were specials that he did not tell us about. Disappointed"

  • "My wife and I; our son and his girlfriend; and our daughter and her boyfriend had the best time at 310 Lakeside! Seriously, there is not one negative thing we can say about our experience! From the food to the incredible waitress we had, everything was great! Thank you 310 Lakeside, see you soon!"

  • "Ate dinner here before the show at the Bob Carr. The waiter was excellent with suggestions and speeding our order so we could move on. the food was very good and cooked just the way we expected."

  • "Went out for a couples date night (4 people). Nice ambience, not too loud, dim lighting, upscale feel. Nice view of Lake Eola. Would recommend the calamari and salmon. Veges were bland, but chocolate mousse made up for it :)"

  • "Weddings happen frequently here and are very loud. Food was good, but more of a local bar scene than a nice restaurant. Service was mediocre."
    Dined on 2/1/2014
  • "In looking for a place to go after a show at Bob Carr, we found Lakeside 310. There was some sort of event happening in the semi-private room (a birthday party or engagement party?) so it was fairly loud, but not so much so we could not hear one another at our table. It was also rainy out so we could not dine outside, but I could see that being a great spot for a Sunday brunch- great view of Lake Eola. The food was pretty good, I would go back to try more."

  • "Nothing that really differentiates the restaurant from other's within the same price range. The food is okay, the location is great but that is about it."

  • "We were there to eat before a concert at Amway Center. I had my mother and aunty with me, food chioces for Seniors was wonderful. Our server was Jimmy and he was terrific! Portion size great and price is very reasonable. This place is cool with an awesome patio. Can't wait for our Florida weather to return to enjoy the view of Lake Eola!"

  • "Attended 310 to celebrate a friends birthday, While it was a slow night. The service was impeccable the food was tasty and quite honestly the experience was so well balanced between great food, ambiance and service that was courteous informed and consistent without hovering which is not easy when it is a slow Monday evening. I live in the neighborhood and expect to recommend often to others for celebration or just lunch."

  • "Went there forSunday brunch. Upon our arrival, we were told that they were full and seated us outside on a very chilly morning. I reiterated that we had reservations and then were given a table indoors. Food was mediocre. I had eggs Benedict and the ham and muffins were toasted almost to the point of being burned. My husband had the California scramble which he enjoyed. The best part of the brunch was the $3 bloody Mary and mimosas"

  • "The restaurant décor and setting is very nice. All personnel were extremely courteous. I would go back again, but I had the brie and pear omelet and it was a little bland for my taste so I would try another menu item. But I will definitely go back"

  • "This was my first time in Orlando and had no idea where to spend NYE with my boyfriend and sister, I found this jem on Opentable and decided to go for it. It turned out to be a nice little find, the atmosphere was beautiful and had it not been so cold outside I would have loved to sit outside on the patio. The food was fabulous, even my very picky younger sister loved her fettuccini, I enjoyed the veal chop and my boyfriend loved his filet mignon. The service was adequate, this was the only issue that I had with this restaurant, I imagine that because it was NYE everyone was running a bit behind even in the kitchen, they could definitely have used a few more hands on deck."

  • "Our first time dining here and the food and atmosphere were excellent! Service was great too, and we were greeted with smiles from every staff person we met. Great place for outside eating with a beautiful view or for special occasions."

  • "The food was good, due to weather could not sit outside, maybe next time. It was a Sunday evening we went and the open bar with the NFL fans made it more like a bar than restaurant. Food was very good, waiter was a little slow as he was involved with the NFL games on TV. Would go back, hopefully next time can sit outside, very nice view"

  • "My group of 8 and I were in from out of town and were attending a local sporting event and needed a place for drinks and apps before the game started. The happy hour specials were perfect and the service was spot on. We were even more surprised how wonderful the appetizers and food were. The restaurant itself is beautiful and did a great job of hosting a high end crowd as well as a nice bar hat and t-shirt type group. If you are visiting and need a place close to all the arenas and stadiums and DON'T want to fight traffic and fighting for a parking space this is the place. 310 Lakeside is about 1-2 miles from the big stadiums but is a short walk, cab, or bike taxi away."
