The portions, the pacing, and the quality of food was all absolutely exquisite and we never felt too full or unpleasant in any way (which can happen with chefs feasts), though we did take a little walk in the middle of the meal. Seriously amazing, and easily worth the $110/pp. If you skip the wine pairings, it's a bargain at $80! Only negative: the bar caused noise escalation. However, overlooking the Atlantic certainly tips the see-saw. We ordered the Chef's Selection. Each request we had was met and exceeded; allergies, non spicy, etc. Our server, Robert, perfectly expressed our wants and desires to Broward's top Chefs. The seafood course was incredible (BBLT perfection!). Salad array appeared to have come from Chef Blais! Swordfish, best ever! Veal had us licking cast iron! Dessert hit every note. Even though the menu doesn't change much, we love the atmosphere (as long as we are sat at one of the quiet back tables), the food is consistently good and fresh, and the service is very good. We were served this year by the same waiter as last year (older gentleman with a german accent) and he was very attentive without being "in our face". He is discrete, helpful, polite, and patient. We enjoyed the pear salad and the mussels, as well as the fresh fish entrees. Wine may be a little pricey, but it was excellent.
