The service was attentive, but not intruding. Everyone in our party said that the food was very good, although somewhat pricey. It was my first time dining here and I enjoyed every second of my experience! I even brought guests who were also wowed by the experience. The hosts and servers displayed such a welcoming attitude and were very attentive to our dining experience. In addition, I had an infant and they catered to my every need by making me feel comfortable. Furthermore, my fiancé proposed to me and they did a magnificent job of assisting him with the proposal. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. You didn't feel rushed and our server was so friendly. I would definitely recommend the 3 Forty Grill to everyone. This time they changed the menu and had a new list of salads, I wasn't sure about my selection but once I ate the salad I was very glad I picked the chicken salad. It was extremely delicious! I had the risotto and had enough for lunch the next day. Service was great! We would have loved it if there were heaters outside, so we could have sat out there to enjoy the view. Truffle eggs benedict, short rib sliders, bloody marys- we had the best food and drinks and it was a bargain for the quality and service we received!! And btw the view is unparalleled! on the water looking at NYC skyline- Wow!

The service and food was great. My only complaint was I had a reservation for a certain time. We got there very early but still had to wait almost an hour and a half for a table. Not because of the restaurant itself but because other patrons stayed at their tables longer than expected so the people with reservations had to wait for them to get up. This place kindly gave us appetizers and drinks on the house for the wait and were very apologetic. The staff was awesome and kept me informed throughout the night about our table. It was the second time and my girlfriend had been there, and this time it really lived up and exceeded our expectations from the first time! The food is very very good, we especially recommend trying the chefs specials, the Panko crab stuffed mushrooms we had was outstanding, and the menu is very good, it's not over whelming and is displayed simple yet informative, with a excellent selection!! I would also like to make a note about the service, which is top quality, you get great service, and the staff actually have a personality aswell, which really adds to the experience and made our night very enjoyable!!
