Great food. Best in NWA Good and
personable wait staff"

28 Springs is a real find. Superb
quality and delicious food. If you are in Northwest Arkansas and want a very special meal for an affordable price, this is the place."

Service was absolutely terrible
poor kid was just a bad waiter. They were out of half the food we ordered and wine. Seems like could be a GREAT,place, but wasn't. Pretzel bread and appetizers were great, but entrees were blah. May try again just because love the concept of this cool place in small downtown."
Dined on 2/15/2014
The food was excellent....but I
was less than impressed by the 1 hour wait from order time until our food arrived. The waiter was very busy and not very attentative to our table. He even tried to make jokes about how long we were waiting for our food. The table next to us came in 20 minutes after us and had dinner finished before we got our plates. On top of the wait, they were out of most of the entree selections for dinner. They only had a few entrees to chose from. The food was great, but I wouldn't eat there again if I had to be there 1 1/2 hours for dinner."

WE were there for a birthday
party, we all enjoyed it. The dessert was awsome. The waiter was friendly and very helpful with the menu. His name was Noah i think. The birthday girl was very impressed and happy with the whole meal."

The food was outstanding. We were
there for New Year's Eve, so it was a fixed menu, but the options were balanced for a variety of tastes. The dishes are original, creative and delicious. Service was a little uneven. You could tell that the servers were fairly new or not used to serving in "better restaurants', but they were very pleasant, so it really didn't matter much. I am sure that it is difficult to find experienced people in Siloam Springs. The energy level was very high, overall, but I am not sure how it would be if it were not a holiday. The server said, "We are not usually this busy", even though the restaurant was only about 2/3 full. The bar area looks very nice. We will definitely make the drive again."

We were surprised to find such a
fabulous restaurant in a tiny town but 28 Springs constantly exceeds our expectations. The bar staff is knowledgeable, servers are prompt and friendly, ambiance is relaxing and interesting and the food is ever-amazing. The menu changes on a regular basis (often based on what is available locally or at the town's farmer's market) so there is always something new to sample. We love 28!"

28 Springs is an absolute
pleasurable experience. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high quality food at fair prices."

Beyond impressed with this place!
Will be coming back! Excellent food and service, impressive for small-town America!"

Awesome meal at 28 Springs. Great
wait staff and great food!"
Dined on 11/16/2013
Great bar area to drink and/or
dine. Celebrated my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, many menu items were "86'd" due to crowd before 7PM."
Dined on 11/11/2013
We were excited to come back to 28
Springs and even more so when we heard the menu was going to be more seasonal. One of my favorite restaurants is Season 52 that serves seasonal dishes. We had only eaten at your restaurant once last year and really loved the chicken dish and some other things we ordered. But this time the chicken dish didn't have the great sauce and the potatoes were watering and bland. The fish dish was lacking in flavor and the sides were not our favorite. Seemed overpriced for the quality of food we received. We are totally willing to pay good prices for good good. We hope you make some changes back to the way things were …..we would love to enjoy coming back again sometime."

Restuarant and service was very
nice. Interesting mix of low and higher end menu items. Park is close by for an after dinner stroll."

Found 28 Springs on line thru
OpenTable to meet up with a special someone for a late lunch. It did not disappoint! Our waiter was friendly and über attentive, made some good recommendations, and the food was great. I very much want to return, and especially want to attend one of their wine dinners. They were setting up for one that evening, and the menu and wines looked fantastic. 28 Springs is a great spot for any occasion."

Being from Siloam Springs and
somewhat familiar with Chef James' work, I have been skeptical of 28 Springs from the first time I heard 'fine dining' and Siloam in the same sentence. Not for Chef James' lack of ability by any means, more for Siloam's receptiveness (or expected lack thereof) of something of this caliber. I expected to be a bit let down, only because I expected Siloam to have required Chef James to taper it down a notch. I was wrong. Siloam has changed drastically since I first moved away, and Chef James nailed it. From the ambiance, to the floor lay out, the open kitchen, the menu, the service, all of it. Every detail was covered flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Chef James and staff for their success."

This is great location with
magnificent food and even better service. You know when you talk to someone that loves what they do and you can tell, showing you such a positive attitude that your attitude and night gets better."
Dined on 9/10/2013
The food was good however, it is
too expensive and you don't get very much. The pretzel bread was tasty but the exterior was too hard and the interior was dry and there was not enough butter provided. Not to mention a refill wasn't offered. I ordered a hamburger which also had a good flavor but the bun was again too hard and dry. Dijon mustard was provided, not regular yellow mustard and I wasn't given enough ketchup equivalent to the quantity of fries. Cheese wasn't offered as an add on when ordered either. The fries were good but had way too much seasoning on them so it made it almost too hard to enjoy. I was still hungry when I left. I would NOT recommend this restaraunt to an average customer. I'll stick with Callahan's."
Dined on 8/20/2013
Wonderful restaurant. I ordered
the "Surf N Turf" and it was great. Wife ordered the pork chop and it was also superb. Service was fantastic. Dessert was good, too! The pecan pie is a winner."
Dined on 8/18/2013
Delicious food, great
presentation, wonderful atmosphere. Will go back again."

We come here every chance we get.
Have had brunch (which has a very wide variety) 3 of the past 4 Sundays. It is quiet and peaceful, and we love the occasions when live music is playing. The bar tasting events are outstanding! I love to bring guests here for the first time, since the food is always great, and the presentation is always incredible. The servers are friendly and polite, and I believe are genuinely sold on the food they recommend. Lunch prices are not much more than any other restaurants in town, and each member of our diverse family can find something they like for dinner. Well done, Chef Miles James and crew!"
Dined on 8/4/2013
The food was excellent and
consisted of comfort food with a twist. Meat loaf was wonderful, the baked chicken breast was moist and flavorful. Miles James has opened another restaurant for the casual diner to experience great food. The restaurant is in a converted Buick dealership on a main street in the small town of Siloam Springs. It is absolutely worth the drive to experience the restaurant. Extensive beer, wine and cider selection."
Dined on 7/20/2013
So close. Looked forward for a fun
Sat night. Unfortunately they ran out of my dinner selection. Not crowded at all so not quite sure what happened. 2nd choice was good. Surf and turf. Family enjoyed their choices and desserts. Recommend for a change from bentonvillle. Comparable to River Grille, but fresher in decor and menu."
Dined on 7/14/2013
All the dishes on menu were a
"specialty". None of the choices was just a "normal" dish. Outstanding food and the desserts were to die for!"
Dined on 7/13/2013
We moved here from Chicago and had
high hopes. But this is no better than a middle tier restaurant any place other than NWA. It's a drive from Rogers and we came away not thinking we'd make the trip again. Very sad because this area needs some quality places."
Dined on 7/10/2013
Visiting family in Siloam and
decided to check out 28 Springs as a treat to them. Black beans and Brussels sprouts a little underdone are the only things that I can say against the place. Nice service. Wonderful desserts. Siloam now has a place to treat a friend to dinner."
Dined on 7/6/2013
We enjoyed our dining experience
here on our first visit to 28 Springs. The food was excellent, and we will be returning."
Dined on 7/4/2013
I have been told that 28 Sprins
was like its sister restaurant in Springdale, but cheaper. Drinks were great, the decor was modern on the ceiling but diner like on the floor. Spacious, not too noisy, pleasant. Food was a little disappointing. The appetizers were pretty good, including the watermelon and blueberry mix with orange zest and the deviled eggs; duck pot stickers were dry. The entres were disappointing. My surf and turf (recommended to me) was very average and I did not finish it as the meat was dry and flavorless. My pecan pie was excellent. So, perhaps I would give it another shot sometime; a definitely maybe."
Dined on 6/30/2013
Awesome food! The pick chop was
amazing along with the twice baked potato. The flour cake and layer cake were delicious. Not too sweet. Just right. Only thing I would like to to see different is a few more menu options. Everything else is amazing. Have I said that already?"

ROBERT IRVINE WILL NEVER NEED TO
COME TO 28. GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD, GOOD PEOPLE!"
Dined on 6/28/2013
Enjoyed our food and drinks at 28
Springs. Food was great. My halibut came out overcooked but they made up a new one. Kitchen seemed a little slow but as this was our first time here so I don't know if that was a norm. Was offered a free dessert to compensate for the halibut issue. Everyone in our party of 4 left full and happy!"
Dined on 6/28/2013
My husband and I went here for a
date night. We arrived for an early supper, 5:30. The food was delicious, especially our chips and salsa/guacamole appetizer, and our plates had beautiful presentations. Our servers were wonderful. I would go back only for a special occasion since the prices are high, as to be expected. We had pork tenderloin, grilled pineapple, red potatoes, salmon, and the watermelon salad, and a pecan/dark chocolate/ice cream dessert - all cooked and prepared perfectly. We came on a Monday evening, and there was a lot of noise about halfway through our meal - some speaker/performer?? over in the bar area. Never heard him singing, just talking. I'm still not sure what it was, but it was kind of annoying."
Dined on 6/17/2013
Knowing this was such a wonderful
Chef's restaurant, couldn't wait to try it. The menu was interesting yet accessible. Unfortunately, our service was terrible! Another couple actually walked out! The food was fine, certainly not the best in this area, and I could get better service at fast food!"
Dined on 6/16/2013
We love 28 springs. We are adults
with grown children but if you come with young children, you need to be patient with the wait. Since all the food is prepped and cooked fresh, it can be quite a lengthy dinner. We dined last Sat. Night and were there Apx. 2 hrs. Dessert adds more time but is worth the wait!"
Dined on 6/8/2013
Fantastic restaurant in a neat
downtown area. Great food, service, and atmosphere."
Dined on 5/29/2013
Had brunch with my 5, 3, & 1 y/o
and they were great. Great atmosphere and really enjoyed the time there."
Dined on 5/26/2013
Food was not good. It was over
priced. Selection was very limited. Wanted to Order spinach dip our server would not let us without ordering the three couse Meal."
Dined on 5/12/2013
Went with a group and all of us
were very happy with the food. From appetizers through dessert for 9 people, everything was fantastic. Very fairly priced for the quality - I would certainly recommend this spot to anyone."
Dined on 5/11/2013
Mother's Day dinner was fantastic!
Food and service lived up to billing. Will definitely be going again."
Dined on 5/11/2013
28 Springs is not only a great
addition to Siloam Springs, but a culinary gem in Northwest Arkansas! Great, innovative food selection with afforadble options. A Must!"
Dined on 4/14/2013
Great drinks! Should definitely go
to try the multiple options of mixed drinks."
