The service was gracious, well-timed, professional. All the dishes we ordered were very well prepared. Three stellar dishes worth mentioning: 1) Shaken Lamb: I haven't had such tender, high-quality lamb in a long time; it was prepared perfectly and every bite was fantastic; 2) Chilean Sea Bass in Claypot: a little small for the cost, but the flavors were complex, delicious; excellent dish. 3) Imperials Roll with Spicy Sauce: Served very hot and delicious.
The wine list is crafted very nicely to pair well with the menu.
Dining at 19 Market was one of the best dining experiences we have had in the past few months. We will be back.
