  • RARE AND WELL DONE… The name of our steakhouse refers to our signature broiler that literally cooks steak at a temperature of 1800 Degrees Fahrenheit. We are committed to serving you the best, and making your experience at 1800 DEGREES unforgettable. Our specialties are USDA PRIME STEAKS and FRESH SEAFOOD. Chef Hugo Ferreira and his kitchen team prepare all of the menu items in house, with an emphasis on natural and healthy ingredients, innovation, and presentation.
