I wish I would have found it earlier.
The next time my wife and I drive through Bedford, we will stop and eat/stay at this wonderful resort (The Omni Bedford Springs Resort).

The only issue I had (not really an issue) is that it would be great if there was either a section reserved for adults only or not allow children in at certain times.

Great 3 days.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMWIsh it was betterOverall, the experience was great! I had a awesome new york strip, that I greatly enjoyed! My fiance had lamb chops and wanted them medium-well. When she got them, they were honestly rare... She tried eating some of it, but couldn't. We sent it back to have it cooked more and when it came back it was not much more of a difference. Instead of sending it back a second time she just ate some of my steak and fries. We took the lamb home and ending up throwing it out. The food was great - we had a light dinner so only tried a few items but the food was delicious (filet, bread, wine, peach dessert - would recommend all). The servers were very attentive and made sure we had all that we needed. There are other items on the menu we plan on trying when we come back to the resort again. Excellent steaks and good wine options to pair it with. While the menu is smaller, it provides lot of options and everything we tried was just wonderful.
