Legendary Local Dining Landmark and Marina. Casual dining with fresh seafood. DockSide Café, offers live music on weekends, while watching the daily feeding of Giant Silver Tarpons at our docks. Diner Reviews
  • "I went here with a group of 7 and we all enjoyed our food. The service was excellent and the grouper was delicious! The waitress even split all of our checks which is much appreciated when you dine with larger parties."

  • "The last time I ate here was literally 28years ago. My memory like the food did not disappoint Sure there are trendier and newer places but the consistency of the food and staff are amazing"

  • "We celebrate our 28th anniversary on the 4th of July and everything was excellent, view, wait staff and the food was amazing. We would highly recommend it and plan to come back next time we are in town!!!"

  • "Had a great experience. Service was first class, staff were attentive and courteous food was excellent. Don't miss it. We're coming back."

  • "Went here over a few Zagat reviewed choices for first night on the town. Exceeded all our expectations! All our appetizers and entrees were tasty and delicious. We knew the dining was going to be an excellent experience as soon as we partook of the bread basket. Marie, our server, was very pleasant and attentive to our every need. The room was quiet and an offered an excellent view. The dock below had an underwater light, so at night you could see shadows of the large fish coming to feast on treats offered them by people passing by. Do not pass this restaurant up, if you are in the area."

  • "good choices for most palates. on a waterway. popular with tourists and locals."

  • "Amazing view of the intercostal water way, food price is higher than the value of the dishes served. For a restaurant to charge these types of prices you expect a much high caliber of food quality. Sauces used by the chef miss the mark by trying to be tropical. Roy CS"

  • "the food is consistently tasty. the service was a little slow, and even though we dined early, and the restaurant was not crowded, food took a very long time to come out. they mixed up a couple of our salads, but quality of food delicious."

  • "Great restaurant for eating by the sea. Nice to watch the tarpon in the harbor and enjoy some really good food. The menu selection is great."

  • "We have lived in the area for over 20 years, but this is the first time we visited. I regret not having found this spot sooner. Excellent food, great location, and very friendly staff. We will be back again!"

  • "I read many of the reviews for the Fishery, and it seemed like I was reading about more than one restaurant. From my perspective, the reviews saying this is a great place were the right ones. View cannot be beat. Food was very tasty, and not pretentious. Service was very, very attentive. My first time here, but not my last."

  • "Everything was PERFECT!! The service, the bread, the Burrata Salad, Black Grouper and Chilean Sea Bass. Will definitely be back when we are in town. Recommended to several people over the weekend. Thank you for making our 27th Wedding Anniversary Dinner one to remember. Thank you Allison for the special anniversary dessert."

  • "Has two restaurants in one. Upstairs is more romantic, special occasion setting. You can make a reservation. Downstairs is self seating. Has a bar. Live music on some nights. More casual, relaxed feeling downstairs. Great food throughout. Special menu upstairs. More traditional food downstairs. You can order from both menus downstairs, but not upstairs."

  • "the clams were excellent and the Sea Bass was beyond expectation."

  • "I was a bit disappointed with the venue which is old and a bit musty. There ain't outdoor seating. There is some heat of a view overlooking the intercostal and it was nice to watch the yachts go by. We are on the lighter side. It was alright but mother exceptional. Would consider other venues first."

  • "Good food but not worth the price. Not a good value. We split an appetizer, split a salad, had two entrees, two glasses of wine and no dessert - $130. Will not go back."

  • "Lovely dinner. It is great place for both families (downstairs) and more formal meals (upstairs)."
    Dined on 6/14/2014
  • "We were in a big group that the restaurant wasn't prepared for. My water glass, wine glass, and soda remained empty almost throughout the entire evening."

  • "My husband and I rarely get to go out for a romantic celebration but when we do, we always choose the 15th St Fisheries. We loved our table by the window, enjoyed the delicious dinner, and the waiter was just right with attention, conversation, and attitude. The surprise birthday dessert topped off the evening just right."

  • "View to the sea is beautiful scene, the food is great! Staff are very friendly, good job! My favorite place for dining out......"

  • "From the time we walked in there were people asking if they could help with directions or if there were any service needs. Of course we made reservations using open table and we had a party of 6. We were directed to the upstairs area where we sat by the large windowed area overlooking the intercoastal. The view of the boats and ships going by was very relaxing. The two people that waited on our table were excellent and very attentive without being invasive. Our appetizer and dinner choices were quite varied and everyone said the food was great. I took a suggestion on a Cabernet I was unfamiliar with but recommended by the staff and it too was a very pleasant surprise. I used my phone and the Vivino ap to take a picture of it. You'll enjoy!"

  • "We were a group of six and all meals were excellent. Appetizer crab cake some if the best ever."
    Dined on 6/9/2014
  • "The menu is expensive and for the money paid the service was terrible. I had a party for my wife's 60 birthday and they were supposeto let the guests know when we arrived. They never did. We had to remind them that we had a birthday cake in the kitchen area when it came time to sing happy birthday. The waiters were fair at best in everything they did. They wiould leave and not return for quite a long time. Very disappointed and probably would not go back."

  • "Was vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and brought someone to this restaurant for the first time, I hadn't been there in a long time. Service was outstanding, appetizers and salads were extremely large portions and the entrees were prepared perfectly. Will definitely return the next time I am down in South Florida."

  • "What a great meal! Everything from the shrimp and grits to the scallops ere excellent! Bar had great drinks! Great location! Don't drive there but take a cab. Parking a premium."
    Dined on 5/31/2014
  • "I took my partner to have a nice quiet dinner and we got seated near an extremely loud person. The host moved us with no problem and we really enjoyed our dinner and wine then. The atmosphere upstairs is really nice and the view is great!"

  • "The diver scallops medium size and sweet and grouper suggested by the server was tender good. My friend had a vegetarian dish which was large and very with lots of different flavors. The tomato salad had lots of great flavors the cheese in one plate is enough for two. Great views of the intercostal but be careful if you would like to be quiet. We were seated all by ourselves in our own room which was great but once they seated a large party next to us it was very hard to talk at our own table. "

  • "The ambience and view were nice, the food was average. "

  • "Another great dining experience here. Made reservations and were seated promptly. Prior to checking in, we had drinks at the bar overlooking the boat traffic on the inter-coastal. Bar server brought us to date on favorites dishes and new stuff to try. The view from upstairs dining area is fantastic as we were seated in the small porch area with windows all around. The seafood here is always great and the wine selection is extensive with good choices at several price points. Our Sever upstairs was attentive and extremely helpful on dinner and wine selections. The grilled mahi mahi with polenta was specially good today."

  • "Great experience, as usual; however, our server was slow and not up to par and the bread was old (it is usually one of the highlights)."
    Dined on 6/2/2014
  • "Food was only okay and rather pricey. Decor is dated...carpeted floors, white tablecloths. Views were decent but nothing exceptional. Not a busy scene. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Feeding the tarpons was fun for the kids but not necessarily worth the visit. "

  • "The food here was great, excellent French Onion soup, and the Pistachio Encrusted Grouper was superb, and a large portion. Key lime pie was also excellent. Service however, was significantly less than one would expect for the quality and price of the restaurant. Waiter never asked if I wanted another drink, and our water glasses were never refilled. Service was also quite slow"
