15th Street FisheriesGreat Mother's DayEveryone was so nice from the hostess to the servers, managers etc. The appetizers, dinners and dessert were just amazing!!
We enjoyed every minute of it!
Our favorite place in Fort Lauderdale!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's DayExpected the restaurant to be crowded but they did a great job of spacing people out so it wasn't overcrowded, too loud and the service was great!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent!Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Upstairs dining room was fantastic - special lobster pasta for mother's day was a treat and the fun after feeding the fish down on the dock was great for my daughter also.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicious!Everything was fantastic. Took my wife for Mother's Day.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat View; Pricey Boring FoodMothers Day choice for a mom who remembered the 22-years ago view and ambiance of this Intercoastal Waterway seafood establishment. Mom and dad enjoyed it, my hubby and I less so. Kudos to management and wait staff for honoring my on-line request for a waterside table; nice service; thumbs down to valets who made mom walk farther distance to door. Wine selection spotty, with our white bottle not available chilled. Food: disappointing. Salads were tasty, seafood entrees only adequate, definitely over-priced. Cioppino with pasta -- fresh fish morsels, boring broth. Tuna, Seabass and sides -- again, boring. We eat out frequently, and are more than willing to spend big bucks on interesting, tasty food. 15th Street just isn't that.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSecond time was a charm! My first visit to this restaurant was met with a great meal and lousy service. Glad we went back, the second visit was nothing but terrific. After my first visit, and review, the Restaurant General Manager immediately contacted me and offered to make it right. Last night we went back and experienced not just a great meal but service that was a match to the food. The evening showed me the first night was an exception and the restaurant has a management team that cares about the product they put out and the service they deliver. Three out of four of us had fish, all prepared quite well. The hold out had a strip steak. I was impressed with the staff and kitchen as the meal was well paced throughout the evening. Great Evening!5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMbeautiful eveningUpon entering the restaurant on a Friday night at at 7:30 i was surprised when there was only 2 tables filled. The service and food was outstanding and I would highly recommend this restaurant. The waiter was knowledgeable of the dishes and was able to assist me in selecting the perfect entree to satisfy my taste buds. We sat at a table overlooking the marina/intercoastal and we watched the sun go down. It was quiet, romantic, and delish! I can't wait to go back.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMYumBest bread I've ever had at a restaurant! Great desserts too!5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMHad a great business dinnerHad a great business dinner with out of town guests.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAnother Great EveningSome of the best seafood in South Florida, served elegantly, yet without pretentiousness. This is a very comfortable dining venue -- outstanding bread basket selection and mouth-watering Maine Lobster.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMAnniversary CelebrationWe celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed the food. Great view of the intercoastal and the food was wonderful. However the service was slow and it took 40 minutes to get our entree. The restaurant also had 2 opportunities to do something special for our anniversary and they didn't not pick up on the hints. I put it in the comments on opentable and also told the hostess when she called to come. At least a simple mention and their was nothing.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMGo there -- you won't be sorry --I felt responsible, since I had recommended it to our group of seven, none of whom, except my husband had ever been there. They were delighted.
I -- who love to try new things -- had a dish I've never ever had before: a delicious snapper filet with "bacon Israeli couscous" & some unpronounceable just-right-spicey sauce, with green beans cooked just perfectly, beautifully presented. The breads were great. The chef was very nice to accommodate one member who has trouble swallowing.
There was a terrific selection of fish & seafood & the view of the boats & waterway was very scenic and relaxing. Thumbs up. Go there -- just the right combination of elegant and down home.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat meal at 15th Street FisheriesThe bread basket that came around was so good. I had the sea bass and it was amazing. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMExceptionally Good!Took several business associates from out of town and was hesitant after reading some of the other reviews. Very pleasantly surprised with the experience. The hostess was pleasant and accomodating(our party of 5 became a party of 7), the waiter was professional and attentive. The food was excellent( grouper, mahi mahi, scallops, lobster tail). The huge bread basket with an excellent assortment was great. The view across the intracoastal was perfect. We had a great dining experience and I would not be hesitant to return for another occasion. Thanks for making me look good!4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMOUR SPRING BREAKER VISITORSOUR SPRING BREAKER VISITORS WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE FOOD,SETTING, & TARPONS. Our server, L.A., was great. She made the difference. I highly recommend this spot.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMFrom the drinks at the deckFrom the drinks at the deck while waiting for the upstairs dining room to open (we were early for Easter Sunday dinner), to the last bite of the pistachio fruit tart we were pampered and made to feel as though we were the only guests to attend to. Needless to say, the atmosphere, with the Intracoastal Waterway, with the occasional yacht that goes by and the beauty of the gleaming water while you eat the spectacular dishes prepared by the chef....who could ask for a better dining experience? My family and I were so relaxed and attended to by two wonderful staff.members and when the food arrived, it was so fresh, inventive and delicious it just made it that much easier to know that we had found a new favorite place to go for dinner.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food is wonderful andThe food is wonderful and it has a great view. Our server Gary and bread lady Reagan was should someday teach a class on Customer service. Gary seemed to know the menu quite well, He was quite helpful and was able to answer my questions regarding the food & drink menus. After our dinner we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The 15th Street Fisheries is a must for anyone who loves the underwater world. I I will be returninng back to 15th Street Fisheries soon.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AMWe started out with drinksWe started out with drinks on the patio and watched the feeding of the tarpons.
We then went up to the dining room to our table for six people.
We had a very enjoyable experience. The waitress, Maria, and her helpers were all extremely professional and very attentive to our needs.

I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy the blissful combination of food, ambiance and view..... I will be back, again and again.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding evening (upstairs)First timers, from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (seafood lovers)..... I booked it for 7:00, for the location. Then we arrived with 2 great friends from Detroit, also first timers.. The food was awesome....Best Tuna Tartar and Best Sea Bass ever! Wow. My wife's Divers Scallops were done perfectly, our friends comments were also Best Sea Bass and Rock Crab ever and very well done salmon!
Our table was upstairs, at the window, over looking the busy waterway ... as I requested! Service was top notch and fun. Valet parking through seating was first class. The building was very interesting and suitable for a seafood paradise.
We had a great relaxed catch up with our friends and closed this place at 10:30 with no pressure from staff to leave.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Venue for a Business DinnerI am very familiar with Miami restaurants but not in Broward County. I had to locate a restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale for an important Business Dinner. After checking out the open table reviews and the company's website, I decided to contact 15th Street Fisheries. From the very first conversation I had with Lindsay and later with Carlos Rivas (GM), I knew I had chosen the perfect place. Everything was just liked they promised and all the executives enjoyed the various dishes and the great service provided! Thank you for your hospitality. I am looking forward to dining there myself one day.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMthe best diner and lunch i'vethe best diner and lunch i've had in a very long time.service was fantastic . and loved being able to feed the fish.. we are new in the area and will visit often. diner was so good we had to go back the next day for lunch. we have been to many restaurants since we moved here but yours is the best the flavor of the food was amazing my hat off to the chef and pastry chef ....the cheesecake was unreal will have that again...3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMOur service was great theOur service was great the server Kimber and Paul were helpful and attentive. Servers made great recommendations with the wine and the main courses as well as desert. Good experience and will return for other meals.3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMI took my parents to the upstairI took my parents to the upstair restaurant and had an amazing evening. Our servers were Kimber and Paul. They provided a great experience. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and each course was timed perfectly. The food was incredible. We started with the shrimp and grits appetizer which has a great combination of flavors and had the fisheries salad which is a perfectly balanced and light. For the main course I had the grouper. It was a healthy portion of fish and the quinoa is a great complement to the grouper and has great flavor. For desert we had a sampler platter, the presentation was great and the creme brulee was the highlight. The Chef Sam did an awesome job.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMBeen a while since I visitedBeen a while since I visited this restaurant, this visit will bring me back. The food was excellent, as well as the attentive server.3/11/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had dinner indoor, upstairsWe had dinner indoor, upstairs and it was very nice. I liked the way the tables are in different parts of the room. The food was excellent, the service was very good. The waiters were very nice and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back.3/10/2013 12:00:00 AMA Lovely Night at 15th St FisheriesMy wife and I chose to spend our last night in Ft. Lauderdale at this restaurant, sitting together on the same side of a table for 2 looking out at the water with boats going by frequently at sunset. We split a delicious watercress and fruit salad with pomegranate vinaigrette, had 2 different fish dishes (a mahi mahi and an ahi tuna dish)--both were great but I always fall for rare ahi tuna done perfectly. They offer 4 kinds of bread and replenish often. The waitstaff are outstanding and solicitous--i found I liked ours as a person from what I learned during the evening. A great evening.3/9/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat dinner before cruisingcame from the kansas city that day, and used this app to make the reservation, so easy maded the trip that much more enjoyable know that we did not have to wait to eat. thanks3/8/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing view right on theAmazing view right on the marina! Superb cuisine, service with attention to the smallest detail. We'll be back when we visit again.2/4/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a very enjoyable dinnerWe had a very enjoyable dinner the other evening. The cocktails were well prepared and the sea bass is beautifully plated and delicious. The bread assortment is fresh and very good. We highly recommend this restaurant if you want a wonderful seafood meal.1/8/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent seafood restaurantExcellent seafood restaurant with great local items on the menu. Well worth making the effort to go to. Can get a little noisy, but unsure if it was because we were there the night before the BCS game and there were a lot of people from out of town there. But, even with the crowds, the kitchen was putting out both good and hot food on a timely basis.1/6/2013 12:00:00 AMFood So-So, Ambience ExcellentCannot really recommend this well established dining place due to our first experience on this past New Year's Eve. The formal dining area was sparsely occupied at the time we dined that evening and despite the ambience and wait staff were both excellent the food left us all wanting. We have lived in the So Florida area for 33 years and were hoping to take a guest here for the first time for an outstanding experience. We ordered a variety of types of food from the menu. Appetizers, steak, fish and they all arrived cold and not that high of a quality. Sorry, cannot condone any type of excellent dining experience here, but maybe downstairs in the non-formal dining room the food may far exceed that which is offered upstairs!12/31/2012 12:00:00 AMChris is a wonderful and friendlyChris is a wonderful and friendly server. We dine here every time that we visit Ft. Lauderdale and are never disappointed! Views of the intracoastal waters are beautiful.12/15/2012 12:00:00 AMhappy but discouragedWe have a lovely evening except for one meal ordered. my guest didn't care for the snapper she had ordered, saying that it was too dry. The chef had the nerve to tell her it wasn't too dry and said she could pick another entree, which she did. A chef should never tell a patron that he or she is wrong about the food preparation. The phrase"the customer is always right" should always be considered. We left the restaurant payyy with ur meal, but discouraged about the chef being so pompous.1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
