The new Sea Spray Organic Garden… includes herbs such as rosemary, sage, mint and basil, and vegetables including heirloom tomatoes, spinach, brussel sprouts, kale and celery. Chef Ford has partnered with the most exclusive area farms and local vendors to integrate only top-quality, USDA-certified grass-fed beef and organic produce into the new menu.
