"This place is worth a try. The food is very good. The ambiance is nothing to write home about, and I would recommend avoiding the booth seats at all cost, but it's a neat place and worth a visit. Our server was excessively casual when communicating and failed to mention some drink specials, but perhaps the others are up to par..."

"Wife's food (sea bass) was very good. My 16 oz Ribeye was tough (too much vein) and tasteless. Adding salt and pepper did little to help. It was served with three asparagus spears and rice. Unfortunate that Texas Roadhouse has better ribeye for half the price."

"I was pleasantly suprised! My husband and I ordered 2 different fish dishes- crab topped grouper and sea bass. These dishes were excellent. Should I say even better than other fish dishes from other predominant seafood restaurants in downtown Indianapolis. Excellent lobster mac and cheese-lobster in every bite. Will come again!"

"This is an elegant restaurant, great for anniversaries and birthdays. The tables are spread apart enough to give privacy, and the restaurant is not usually full during the week, so the setting is quite nice. I had the salmon with champagne sauce, and my husband had the pork chop, and both were cooked perfectly!"

"this was the first time me dined at 14 West. We were greeted by a hostess who clearly needed training to understand what is business and appropriate vs club appropriate clothing. I was actually offended at the mini skirt/dress that she was wearing, not to mention the trashy fishnet nylons under her skirt. I do not expect to be greeted by someone so inappropriately dressed in a professional autmosphere. The management needs to have a servies conversation with their hostess about he wardrobe and define what is appropriate for thr workplace. Also, the food was only ok. It wasn't bad but there wasn't anything special about it. I generally love gried green tomatoes and calamari but both were quite bland. The sauce on my chicken was also bland"
