"A really good-looking pub! Great beer list. I was on my way to loving the place when we got a twist-tie in one of our burgers. Server & mgmt handled well but server had issues (3 tries) getting the bill right. Would have been bad if we were in a hurry. I'll probably go back if its convenient but I'll be extra careful what I bite into."

"Great casual/relaxed atmosphere for family dining, lunch or hanging out with friends. Food is delicous and while the menu is a bit limited, it has a good variety- comfort food, salads, seafood and tasty dessert! Close enough for anyone in the South Bay and a welcome addition to our same old choices."

"We have been to 1321 Bistro a number of times. The food is always great but the service is ok, never stellar. We love going there for the creative menu and great food, but I don't love all the TV screens; it's hard to keep my husbands' attention."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there with a friend on a quiet Saturday afternoon. I love the ambiance, it's like being back in a speak easy from early 1900's. Very attentive and friendly staff. I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was delicious! Definitely a place to check out with friends and family!"

"This place has potential but the server seemed very green, we had to ask for a second mussels fork, it was chilly that night and the door and windows were kept open, and our entrées were brought out about three minutes after our mussels (not well-timed). A friendly and attentive man who seemed like the owner was there trying to make sure everything went well for the customers. I think they just need to get their processes down better with the servers because this restaurant is good and really could be better."

"We visited on Wednesday night at about 6pm. When I first arrived and walked in there was no one at the front desk area. I waited a few moments and someone arrived and I was seated. The service in the beginning was great. I was offered samples of the beers and happy hr drinks to see whether I'd like them. That was nice. Food was really good - flatbread, mozzarella salad, mussels, salmon, and fish and chips. We ordered a seafood dish but it was not available that night for some reason... and as the meal and visit progressed, the service seemed to diminish. Towards the end of our visit we had to ask for water and the check twice. Not sure what happened there. I would visit again to give it another shot. Maybe it was just an off night?"

"This was our second time at this restaurant and we did not have as positive an experience. It started great. Server was very helpful in making beer suggestions (love that we got to taste a couple of options!). But attention to detail went downhill from there. The salad came with the wrong dressing, a beverage never materialized, and our server seemed a little too busy to check on us. Manager rushes around a lot but wouldn't make eye contact. Food was great but not sure we'll go back."
