We will open the doors to our new location on October 1, 2013. We are currently accepting reservations for the new location. See us in our new home just down the street.

  • "Had such a good experience with the duck pappardelle last time - ordered it again. So disappointing. Was a goopy mess with unedible duck - very gristly couldn't even chew it. Boyfriend had the pork chops which are a reliable favorite. Dessert of rhubarb/peach crisp was delicious. Also, while I like the decor of the new restaurant - not very appealing seating for a party of two. The three times we've been to the new restaurant we've been seated at the SAME table along a bench. We're in the middle and close to the other diners - no privacy as both tables can overhear everything we say. For how pricey this restaurant is, I expect excellent food and a great dining experience."

  • "All the dishes we ordered (mainly from the appetizer menu) were good, if small, portions. Imaginative use of ingredients. Our main complaint is that the food all came (4 dishes ordered initially) BEFORE the wine (bottle) that we ordered. So, timing on that way off. We subsequently ordered another dish (duck) which was also very good. So, the food was good, and we will go there again to see if the service improves. We mainly go to restaurants for the food, so we have hopes!"

  • "Seared Ahi special was great, high-quality and seared just enough on the outside. The ragout special was delicious as well, not too heavy on the tomatoes. I'm usually not a huge fan of flank steak, but they prepared it well. Still, one of my favorites is the baked mac and cheese, simple, but done wonderfully with the right balance. Top two of the night were the seared ahi and baked mac and cheese"

  • "We had mixed results at Town last night. We arrived early(5:45) and the restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately, the service was slow. Our glasses of wine did not arrive until after appetizers and salads. They do a nice job of blending many flavors and textures with local ingredients. The ahi bruschetta was served on a hard toasted baguette piece and was impossible to eat even with the serrated knife that was provided. It had tasty ingredients but they fell all over the plate while trying to cut the bread. My local greens salad was excellent with a delicate dressing that was good without being over powering. We both had the Monchong fish main course and it was the star of the evening."

  • "We had a very good dinner at the 12th Ave's new location. It's a bigger space but still very noisy. The dishes were imaginative and tasty, using mostly locally sourced foods. Everyone in our party of seven enjoyed their meals. Salads and entrees were all above par. Tako bruschetta was surprisingly good! Don't go if you want a quiet meal. If you're happy in a loud cheerful crowd, and like good food, this is the place."

  • "Food was always great! New location is much larger and very noisy. Tables very close together so you can hear what is being said at your neighbors' table. I liked the old location better. If you go there I would suggest getting an early reservation or a rather late one when the noise level is lower."

  • "The food was great! My friend and I came here to celebrate my birthday and ordered the osso bucco, red beet gnocchi and the monchong. The dishes were delicious and had good flavor. For dessert, we ordered the lilikoi mochi cake which I I did not care for. The service was outstanding. Our server, Kevin, along with all the other staff members were really nice and made sure we enjoyed our time."

  • "Love the vibe of the place, and food was tasty enough (but not so over the top to warrant portioning & prices!), but ridiculously small portions, even if they were pupus during happy hour! Try visiting any bar in Italy for aperitivi - you get plenty of tasty generous sized bites, as long as you keep ordering craftily-prepped drinks! The bars compete with one another for business & the best ones are booming every week! It should not be hard to prep decent, tasty plates to accompany standard sets of cocktails to fuel a fun evening that ends up being dinner. Had to ask for what was available while sitting at bar, like playing 20 Qs to get basic info about what was on offer and what might be good... Left to grab dinner elsewhere."

  • "This is a great new location for what was a good restaurant before turned even better with more spacious dining and a private room. Food and service are excellent, and great desserts! However, the imposition of a two-hour time limit and mandatory call back to confirm reservations puts a bad taste in your customers mouth before they even get to the restaurant. Although we finished in more than enough time, there's no potential positive to these draconian policies and management needs to seriously re-evaluate what kind of message they want to send to the customer before they even reach your front door."

  • "The new location is a vast improvement from the original cramped space. Food remains above average in quality and preparation. The menu selections are such that we find that the number of entrees that appeal to our tastes are limited therefore decreasing our frequency dining at this venue. Still remains a vibrant restaurant but at least the new acoustics allow for a conversation with a minimum number of shouts or word repetition."

  • "NO return telephone call..."got our message". Oyster appetizer - bottled oyster - crust was not flavorful...sauce did little to compliment. BLT Avocado Salad -- light on avocado. Beet salad and dinner entrees good except salmon overcooked and dry. Crisp - bulky and rough in mouth. Lilikoi dessert - dry and not flavorful. NO complimentary dessert and/or acknowledgment for our Birthday person (noticed that another party received a dessert with a candle, etc). Removed from our MUST go to list."

  • "This was my first time at the new location; my husband had been a few weeks earlier and raved about it. The food was wonderful, but I don't think I've ever seen service so quick. Plates were scooped up as soon as you were done instead of waiting for the entire table. When asked what I thought on the drive home, I said I felt I was scarcely there long enough to decide."
